Managing Partner / Controlling, Finance & Brand Management Holopasses
Lukas has been the mastermind and driving force behind the development and expansion of the Holopasses brand/company since 2017. His path to independence and his expertise have always been shaped and supported by his long time at MEINL (Gutenstetten, Germany). He focuses on our company in his day-to-day business. on product and process development as well as controlling and finance.

Kai is the foundation and heart of our Goslar branch and production. He's not only the mastermind behind our production workflows and AI processes, but also the 'one to go' and the good soul for human resources and internal affairs.

Management Assistant / Project Manager Sales Holopasses | With the company since 2023
Fabio is not only Lukas's right-hand man and the backbone of our Holopasses customers' project assignments, but also an indispensable supporter of the management team. Among other things, he handles internal employee satisfaction issues, such as company bikes, employee outings, and much more.

Production Manager & Trainer | With the company since 2018
Adam is the good soul and absolute master of all machines and manufacturing processes in our production. Not only does he oversee all employees in this area, but he has also been and continues to be a key player in Holopass's product development and ongoing development. His important position within our company as team leader is underscored by his additional role as the primary supervisor for apprentices at the Goslar site.

Julia is our cheerleader, conveying this not only to our entire team, but also externally in her primary area of responsibility, customer service for our international clients. Furthermore, as Kai's right-hand woman, she takes on many structural and administrative issues that make our daily lives easier and drive our company forward.
