DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the extremely high demand following the coronavirus pandemic, our delivery times are approximately 2-3 weeks, excluding shipping. Please inquire directly about express production and use our PASS•CALL service for planned and more complex projects (see section "P").

PARTIAL WRAPPING - FILE FORMATS & DELIVERY

Partial foiling means that only certain parts of a passport are covered with foil. To ensure a quick and smooth production process, we ask you to observe the following points.

Files:

• Please provide us with open files including all required fonts (e.g., AI, PSD, ID files), all in a ZIP folder or packed, zipped project folders (InDesign). Then send them to us via a download link (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer).

Levels:

• The elements to be finished with foil must be created on a separate layer in CMYK 100/100/100/100, enclosed with a 1pt outline, and freely accessible. The same shape of this layer must be white/no color for reprinting in the base graphic.

PASS•CALL - OUR DIGITAL REMINDER TOOL

We came up with this idea because we all know that tour/festival passes sometimes have to be sorted out and sorted out in a hurry. We want to help you and us plan better and more relaxed.

Below you will find the link to our “Pass•Call” service, which will probably/hopefully save you and us a lot of stress, time/nerves, and therefore also money (e.g. in the form of express surcharges).

The principle is very simple:

You fill out the form provided in the link with your upcoming productions and deadlines, giving us a non-binding forecast of your required badges/accessories and quantities, and enter one or more of your contact persons. Our system will automatically ensure that you receive timely reminders so we can begin the passport planning process together without stress. This happens approximately 4-6 weeks before your deadline for receipt of the passport (depending on the production size).

This prevents stress and express surcharges, avoids chaos, and saves your nerves. :-)

We offer this service free of charge because we've realized that time is always the most critical issue in this area. We hope you enjoy it and find it useful!

LOW TONE BLACK (SOLID BLACK - FULL TONE BLACK)

We work in the CMYK color space in digital printing with the following black:

CMYK 86/85/79/100

Please pay particular attention to this when creating data that (should) have black (solid) areas. Complaints regarding this after printing will not be accepted.
