HOLOPASSES MostSecure TECHNOLOGY
In the event, concert, production & tour area, the topic of security and the prevention of manipulation of ID cards is becoming increasingly important.
In this development, we are now working with our new process in order to be able to offer our customers and partners the best, most beautiful and at the same time safest passes and laminates.
WE HAVE DEVELOPED "MostSecure TECHNOLOGY" FOR THAT.
WHAT IS THE MostSecure TECHNOLOGY?
The HOLOPASSES MostSecure TECHNOLOGY is a printing process that we use to make tour passes, backstage passes and event passes even more forgery-proof than these e.g. are already with our full or partial holo / foil finishing.
This happens during a special process, whereby the printed sheet is printed with invisible UV ink in addition to the visibly printed or applied elements. This is therefore only visible under a UV light source (e.g. with special flashlights or see UV testing devices with a certain light wavelength).
In the event, concert, production & tour area, the topic of security and the prevention of tampering with ID cards is becoming more and more important and we act directly with this development in order to be able to offer our customers and partners the best, most beautiful and at the same time safest passports and laminates.
WHICH MOTIVES CAN BE PRINTED?
We are in no way restricted in the choice of motifs. The only important thing here is how "dense" or dark the passport design to be printed regularly turns out to be, since very dark or densely printed areas can greatly weaken the UV effect.
We therefore recommend creating the desired safety symbols or graphic elements as a grid-shaped or diagonal grid pattern in order to be able to guarantee a high level of visibility under the UV testing devices / lamps.
HOW MUST THE PRINT DATA TOBE READY?
The print data must be supplied in one color in CMYK full-tone colors and as an Adobe® Illustrator file in the appropriate passport size.
The reason for this is that we can work with 4 different UV colors depending on the motif and the material used:
- Luminous UV white: created in Illustrator in 100% black
- UV cyan luminous: ... as 100% cyan ...
- Luminous UV magenta: ... as 100% magenta ...
- Luminous UV yellow: ... created as 100% yellow.
Ie. the higher the color contrast, the better the printed UV element is visible under the test lamp used.
