1.1 There is no minimum order value. From an order value of 150.00 euros, there are no shipping costs in the web shop. This does not apply to direct orders via email or telephone.

1.2 For every delivery up to 10 kg within the Federal Republic of Germany, we charge a flat rate of 7.90 euros. Other European countries 19.50 euros. For deliveries to third countries, additional duties and fees may apply to the customer. These fees are automatically displayed at checkout.

1.3 Shipping is via DHL. The customer has to bear the shipping costs.

1.4 The dispatch takes place only after receipt of payment (advance payment).

1.5 Express services Germany:

EXPRESS PRODUCTION (within less than 10 working days; Monday to Friday) including standard shipping DHL: € 65.

EXPRESS PRODUCTION & EXPRESS SHIPPING (within 5 working days) including express shipping DHL (1 working day): € 79.

2 delivery times

2.1 Since our backstage passes are always custom-made and are currently in great demand, completion currently takes approx. 10 working days, depending on the amount ordered (Saturday not included). However, we will be happy to inform you of the expected date of dispatch from our company for your order. If you want to make use of our express service (your order will be completed within 5 working days), you have the opportunity to book it when you check out.

2.2 The following delivery times apply after dispatch from our premises:

• Within Germany 1 to 2 days after the order has been dispatched.
• Other countries 3 to 5 days after the order has been dispatched.
• Our dispatch takes place exclusively after receipt of payment.
